CANCELATION POLICY

we require a card number on file to book an appointment at HELM. As a courtesy to our stylists and guests on our waitlist, we require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that 48-hour notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the missed service total. If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed appointment.

Without notification we lose the opportunity to fill the space and time with someone else. A cancellation policy is no fun, but it is our best effort at keeping a respectful and working relationship between you and your stylist.
